1. Warehouse Management System
WMS（Warehouse Management System) is a software application, designed to support and optimize warehouse functionality and distribution center management. These systems facilitate management in their daily planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the utilization of available resources, moving and storing materials into, within, and out of a warehouse while supporting staff in the performance of material movement and storage in and around a warehouse. WMS effectively tracks and controls material flow and operation costs of the warehouse, improving the efficiency of information management. WMS can conduct inventory operation independently, and coordinate with invoices and orders of other systems as well. The system enhances logistics management and the company's performance by introducing efficient "monitoring platform."
2. AGV system management software
AGV management system software is the core of the entire AGV system. The software includes AGV procedural reasoning, AGV route planning, and AGV system simulation. The system software is responsible for assigning tasks to AGV, managing AGV dispatch, AGV route planning, and intelligent traffic control. The system can respond to external I/O and upper system(ERP, MES, WMS, etc.) transport assignment. It is characterized by its intelligence, efficiency, stability, and compatibility.
3. AGV onboard control system software
AGV onboard control system is responsible for order processing, guiding, driving, route planning, navigating, loading/unloading, obstacle avoiding, and charging of an AGV.
4. Other supporting software
Yeefung also provides custom software that satisfies the client's specific needs. In our SAIC Volkswagen project, we customized the electronic display program that shows AGV real-time status. We also customized comprehensive WCS software for DSBJ. The customized software effectively keep production running smoothly, maximizing the efficiency of the material handling.
